Power inverter welding power single-ended pulse transformer
requires its core a low high frequency loss, a high saturation flux
density Bs, low residual magnetic induction Br to reach a biggest
work magnetic
induction B; output filtering and stored induction requires a high
saturation flux density, low loss and constant magnetic properties,
therefore transverse magnetic heat treatment process is needed to
reach that properties.

Properties :
High saturation flux density**-an effective reducing
components sizes
High magnetic permeability and low coercivity**-result in improving
transformer efficiency, reducing exciting power
Low remanence(Br 0.2T)*-result in bigger induction increasing
and bigger output power
Low loss**-result in lowing the temperature rising of
transformer
Good temperature stability**-workable for long under temperature up
to **0
Remarks:
1. Customized cores of other sizes and different
characteristics available upon request.
2. Core housing can be stainless steel, metal Aluminum,
plastic, etc.
3. Customized winding transformer can be made upon
request.
