Sand Washer
The sand washer is suitable for washing, classifying and dewatering of sand used in construction, quarries, hydropower stations, concrete dam projects, pole factories, as well as soul-rending nature sand for casting, quartz glassworks, and pressure sand for oil well backfills. 
Log Washer
The log washer uses special propeller blades and high-power transmission. This makes it ideal for scrubbing difficult materials such as tough insoluble clays, conglomerates, soft stone and cemented aggregates. 

I. Introduction of Sand Washer and Log Washer

Sand Washer
The sand washer is suitable for washing, classifying and dewatering of sand used in construction, quarries, hydropower stations, concrete dam projects, pole factories, as well as soul-rending nature sand for casting, quartz glassworks, and pressure sand for oil well backfills. With an inclination angle of *8°, a settling pond is formed and surrounded by three-side plates at the bottom of water channel. The spiral head submerges into the settling pond, the spiral rotates continuously driven by the motor and reducer, and clean water is fed into the settling pond through the bottom perforated plate.
Log Washer
The log washer uses special propeller blades and high-power transmission. This makes it ideal for scrubbing difficult materials such as tough insoluble clays, conglomerates, soft stone and cemented aggregates. The max. feed size can be up to **0mm. The log washer can be mounted on fixed modular structure or on a mobile workstation. The log washer has the following features: reliability, long service life span of blades, excellent scrubbing capacity, suitable for the washing of a variety of large rocks and water separation. All log washers are  equipped with heavy duty gearboxes.
