Polycarboxylate ether (a free flowing, spray-dried powder) high-range water reducer is the third generation superplasticizer and high performance polycarboxylate (purty **0%),specifically developed a high range water reducing agent for concrete .It has several aspects such as,comprehensive property indexes , an environmental protection product with high property, good dispersing property, high water reducing rate ,good compatibility with various cements and good powder fluidity, it is especially suitable to be used in dry-mixed mortar to improve its property.

1.High-efficient superplasticizer, up to *5% of cement saved within use of it at the same degree compared with other superplasticizer.
2.good-durabilty concrete admixtures, can be used above 0 degree.

 Application:

Mainly usde for concrete performance ,high water reduction , environmental no toxicity ,no odor , no flammable .Long-term storage without crystallization.

Polycarboxylate ether is mainly used as a major ingredient to produce a high performance water reducers or plasticizers for the following applications:

1. High performance concrete

2. Self-compacting concrete

3. Pumpable or flowable concrete

4. Concrete containing silica fume,fly ash or blash furnace slag

5. Specially shaped concrete elements

6. Architectural concrete

7. Lighweight concrete

It can also be used as-is for above mentioned applications.However due to variations in chemical composites of cements and other materials used and for different application requirements,it is not suggested to use it dirrectly in concrete or other materials without evaluation.The optimal performance of it in applications should be obtained through trial mixes and or through formalution adjustments by the users.For precast products processed in elevated temperate such as steam curing.

Special notes

1.  Do not use it with additives containing naphthalene sulfonate.

Unreliable rheologic hehaviours may be experienced

Do not use it for temperature treated concrete or other materials

2.   It should be stored at temperature ***0(*****4F).When it freezes,full strengthe can be restored after complete thawing and thorough afitation.Keep container closed when it is not in use.Do not store the product directly under sunlight.

3.   The shelf life is twelve(*2)months.

Packaging:

**0kg or ***0kg drum for *0% and *0% liquid, *5kg fiber drum or kraft bag for *8% powder.
