Description

JK**8NP is a water reducing, highly effective superplasticizer with a set retarding effect for concrete in hot temperature which delays concrete setting time. It has also high range water reducing for promoting high early and ultimate strengths of concrete.

JK**8NP is naphthalene-based superplasticizer compounded by some of high-performance retarder, stabilizer and reinforcing admixtures etc.

It complies with ASTM C **4 Type G, GB********8 and GB*********3.

Uses

1.       JK**8NP is ideal concrete admixtures for preparing high-performance and high-strength concrete, mass concrete and long-distance transport concrete etc.

2.       It is suitable for working condition under temperature 5**0℃.

3.       Not suitable for being solely applied in the steam curing concrete.

4.       Test before applied in anhydrite, dross or similar industrial waste cement.

Advantage

1.       Has a high efficiency water-reducing, retardingin the initial setting and early strength in final setting, late-enhanced, less slump loss etc. which is extremely beneficial to the transport and to pouring of concrete.

2.       Increases initial workability. High ultimate strengths.

3.       The concrete of compressive strength, flexural, tensile, impermeability and durability are significantly improved and enhanced.

4.       The concrete setting time prolong **3h, it can also be adjusted according to the user's demand. It has not affected the strength growth of concrete at different time.

Dosage

0.**1.2% by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.Using during mixing and after-mixing method and properly prolong stirring time to assure even.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life

For powder: Woven plastic bag with film liner.It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.

Shelf Life: Minimum *2 months. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
