Intended Use

The Ochratoxin A ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA for the quantitative analysis of ochratoxin A in grain, nuts, cottonseed, blood and feed products.

 

Use Principle

The ochratoxin A ELSA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Ochratoxin A antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the ochratoxin A  antibody (antibody solution) with ochratoxin A  in the sample, anti- Ochratoxin A antibody binds to the Ochratoxin-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipe the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the calibrators and the Ochratoxin A concentration of the samples is derived.
