Machine feature

1.The ribbon patterns edition of this machine has fixed cam type and random chain type, which are subject to customers' choice

2.According to customer requirement,nylon and plastic copper zipper ribbons of 3#,5#,8# and *0# can be woven

3.All synchronous transmission belt wheels and adopts taper sleeve clamping type and will not be off centre and loosen.The synchronous belts and bearings are imported form USA and Japan. High quality members and reasonable transmissions mechanism ensure high speed rotation and production output

4.Automatic lubricating system ,automatic yarn breakage and stopping device and precise weft control mechanism allows to manufacturing higher quality fabrics

5.The shedding frame plates employ high strength nylon and are injected with steel bar inside. The plates are durable and wearable. The shedding lever oil baffler is sealed with soft rubber,low noise is generated at high speed rotation. The bearing of yarn feeding board uses inner injection mode and will not be loosen
