“Universal Construction” Co., Ltd is inviting investors to high yield construction project in economic free zone of Mongolia. Our company is own ***0m² constructible land for apartment, hotel, office and have 9 hectares land for industrial project in the economic free zone.

Brief introduction of the project:

1. When to import any goods from abroad into Free zone, a duty on imports, value added tax and other taxes are duty-free
2. When the Mongolian goods are entering from customs territory into free zone, if there is requirement to pay an export customs tax, its value added tax will refund.
3. Duty on exports, value added tax, customs tax, and excise tax are duty-free when any goods from free trade zone to abroad.
4. Mongolia has been enrolled at World Trade Organization as an official member in ***7 that influenced positively about ***0 goods from Mongolia would be exported to European Countries without any tariff limitation, with a discount condition.
5. Mongolian Government negotiated the remission of double tax to *3 countries. Moreover, Mongolian Government negotiated the encouragement for investment, the dependence by two-party conversation to *9 countries.
6. The Free Zone of Electricity and Warming, network, pure water providing, auto, railway, telecommunication and the main network branches that were invested to some organizations it will be estimated and calculated from an income tax.
