Low temperature/ultralow temperature refrigeration unit is designed by our major technicians with their years of experience in designing low temperature cooling water rfrigeration unit, and its a new gencration of low temperature/ ultralow temperature refrigeration unit, integrating advanced technology of products both here and abroad. 1.Provide high-temperature, medium-temperature, low-temperature and ultra-low-temperature refrigeration units, in which the liquid supply temperature range of the refrigerant-type equipment reaches ***5 ℃ ~ **2 ℃; the process cold source equipment mainly uses Taiwan Hanbell (Han Bell) or Germany Bitzer (Bitzer) Semi-hermetic screw compressor. The cooling range of a single machine is *0～***0kW, which can be combined by multiple heads. The unit configuration is high, and the key parts of all supporting products are selected from internationally renowned brands such as Italy, Germany, and the United States, which not only reduces the failure rate of parts, but also ensures the excellent quality of the complete set of products. The electronic expansion valve is used in combination with the semi-closed screw compressor head to achieve true stepless energy adjustment. The unit is operated with an economizer and the compressor is equipped with an intermediate air supply port to achieve quasi-two-stage compression operation. It is economical, energy-saving and stable. The single-stage compression has a minimum liquid discharge temperature of **2℃ and a maximum liquid discharge temperature of *2℃. The liquid injection system reduces the temperature of the motor coils and bearings to ensure that the compressor discharge temperature does not exceed **0°C. The lowest temperature of the cascade cryogenic unit can reach **0℃, and the lowest temperature of the natural cascade ultra-low temperature unit using multiple mixed refrigerants can reach ***0℃. This type of unit has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency and energy saving, stable operation, etc., and has been widely used in various industries where there is a demand for process cold source.
