Model TZ-WFXS7C horizontal bleeding conveyor is corollary equipment of the electric-numbing machine. This equipment can convey electric-numbed and stunned live pig to downstream process station in order to quickly stab and bleed and then use locking foot chain to hitch one rear claw of live pig and hook the other one end of the locking foot chain on the track of the pipe-rail hoist for conveying the live pig to downstream process step. The blood after being stabbed will be discharged to the blood-receiving tank of the conveyor and then the blood will flow to blood-trickling tank to be collected. A saliva isolation device is fitted on top of the blood-receiving tank to avoid pig saliva flowing to the blood-receiving tank and so resulting in blood pollution.
