We are metal hospital door factory  in Guangzhou,China.

This door is usually used on hospital operation room, clean room,and other place requires gas tight.

OKM clean room door is designed to be air tight and dustproof (fireproof if need) . The door runs freely against positive pressure and negative pressure. It can resist considerable pressure and is designed to be opened inward.

It usually be used as hospital operating room door, ward door, clean room door, Lab, and other place need dust proof, gas proof ,water proof (and Fire rated).

 

Gas Tight and Water Proof Function

It is equipped with rubber seal. Special purpose seal stripe are used to seal around the mobile door to make sure that the door will joint tightly with the door frame for air tightness when closed.

It can joint the door frame when closedown and ensuring the air tightness of door. At both sides and the center joint, there are the sealing strips installed, which conforms to the sanitary requirement for use in hospital , research institute, recording studio or any other places need for dust proof ,gas proof ,water proof, etc.

Door Material:

1, Surface

a, Steel with decorated 304# Stainless Steel panel. With Aluminum Framed.

Color: Usually Blue, white, grey-white. For other color, the lead time will be longer.

b, 304# Stainless Steel.

2, Infilling,

a, PVC Foam

b, 60mins fire rated Bolivian Magnesium Boar.

3, Handle: 304# Stainless Steel

4,Glass Thickness=6mm Clear Glass or fire rated Glass.

5, Driven System Brushless Motor, Feet/Hand Sensor Switch, Microcomputer Control System, Aluminum Guide, Stainless Steel System Cover, etc.

6, Seal: Rubber.

Opening Method

The open type of the door can be sliding or swing, automatic or manually .

Both Swing Door Operator System and Sliding Door Opener System have passed 1.5million times lasting test with brushless motor and high quality microcomputer control system.

The swing door operator / sliding door operator can be controlled by ordinary switch, remote control, by sensor, by infrared sensor switch or by entrance guard system.
