Hot Curved Glass
      Hot curved glass is an arc glass manufactured by pre-treating (cut into the required sizes) and heating the glass to the softening point, then forming and cooling into the required curves by its gravity or external forces.Hot curved glass which is made of float glass which is firstly heated to softening point on metal mould and then curved to shape by weight of glass itself and outside force, and finally cooled down. Curved tempered glass, however, is made by fast cooling down by special facility.

Hot Curved Glass Features:
1.It performas highly adaptable,you can design the shape as you want.
  It doesn't like tempered curved glass, tempered curved glass only can be standard circular arc.
2.It can be secondary processing,like cut,dill hole,ect.
3,It needs make the mold to start the production.

Hot Curved Glass Application:
Glass curtain wall, roof, dome, partition, canopy, and furniture, sale-counter & food show display and etc.
