The press welded steel grating
The press welded steel granting, requested by the customers, is made of load flat steel bar and cross bars, placed horizontally and vertically, and at an equal pitch apart, by welding with ***-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cutting, punching and banding ends.
Load bearing steel bar pitch: Pitch between the two neighboring load bearing steel bars is *0mm or *0mm.
Cross bar pitch: Pitch between two neighboring cross bars is usually *0mm or **0mm. Special specifications can be done according to your request.

Surface Process of Gratings

1. Hot-dipped galvanizing

Normally, hot-dipped galvanizing will be carried out after end welding process. When the thickness of bearing bars is not less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than **0g/m^2.When the thickness of bearing bars is less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer will not be less than **0g/m^2.The quality and requirements after hot-dipped galvanizing are according to the standards of GB/T****2
