new bed adopts finite element stress analysis to optimize the
structural design.
3ã€Welding
of the machine body
We adopt high
standard bridge (box girder) type frame structure to ensure that
the machine body will not deform in a long time.
Machine body is
weld by the top grade profile steel and steel plate (Steel type
Q**5) on a welding platform. Two welders start welding from the
middle part of the machine body and finish the welding at both ends
of the machine body simultaneously.
This process makes
both ends of the machine body symmetrical, which is helpful for a
stable structure.
4ã€High temperatur
e annealing
process of the machine body
We start high
temperature annealing process by large annealing furnace *4 hours
after the welding process. The high
temperature(******0℃) annealing process is very
helpful to reduce the hidden micro air bubbles and cracks. The
annealing process will be done twice.This processing technique
ensures the excellent stability and rigidity of the machine body,
it will not deform after many years usage.
5. The CNC milling
of the machine body
We purchased the
largest milling machine in central China for car manufacturing
bidding,
The whole machine
body will be put on a **-meter large gantry milling
machine. The rail fitting surfaces will be milled at one time
to ensure a higher accuracy. Using a large-scale
high-precision gantry milling machine for precision machining
(milling machine size *2 meters * 3 meters), the machining accuracy
is ±0.*2mm
6. Mechanical
assembly

collimator, adjust the flatness and straightness of the guide rails

square ruler to adjust the bed and beam to *0°, and the error is guaranteed
to be within 0.*3mm.
7. Finishing of the
bed After finishing, the flatness and straightness of the bed are
guaranteed to be within 0.*5mm;
8. Machine tool
surface treatment The machine tool surface needs to go through
eight steps of rust removal, rust prevention, cleaning, and
three-coat paint treatment before proceeding to the next
program. Surface painting used secondary

9. Re-inspection
and positioning
Use the laser
interferometer to calibrate the errors and offsets generated by the
machine tool during operation, record the data and issue a test
report. Then use φ*2 precision taper pin for precise
positioning.
