HPS***6 Four point probe tester sheet resistance tester resistance meter

    HPS***6 precision sheet resistivity meter can easily measure the plastic film, metal coated box resistance (per square centimeter resistance value). Uniform thickness of the metal layer can be used to characterize the resistance of the unit area, since the sheet resistance is inversely proportional to the thickness of the coating, it can be calculated by the sheet resistance coating thickness. The instrument is equipped with a special structure design of the four probes, making the test pressure constant, the contact reliable; and it can analyze the quality of thin film metallization in more detail.
