1. The roll forming machine’s bed gantry adapts the closed structure, strengthened and  eliminate the internal annealing. High strength and rigidity ,high working accuracy.
     2. The machine is *8 meters totally in length, non-traditional design. Transmission system is composed of *4 planetary reductors connected with the lower rollers. Every reductor is driven by a unique motor.to ensure that each of the lower roller gear stable and suffecient force of transmission. Low wastage,steady and long working life. Low working noise.

      3. Mold can be selected according to the user GCr*5 or *0Cr material, and processed by induction hardened to HRC**-HRC*2, longer working life. Mold can be replaced with different specifications according to different rolled corrugated sheets.
      4. Rolled steel thickness 2mm (Q**5),  max width *500mm, max corrugate depth *0mm. Roller shaft is about Φ100mm, material quenched*5 # steel . Molding frame is tempered steel castings, height of about *00mm, sliding bearing block about 2*0mmX2*0mm, rack slide bearing block thickness at 100mm, and quenching. 

      5. Totally *4 rollers start rolling the metal corrugated sheet,plate to corrugate gradually.Roll forming to high quality corrugated sheets.

      6. Color touch screen + PLC program controller, easy to operate and monitor the forming process clearly.
