OBV/HXQ* Power Brake Unit for Forklift

OBV/HXQ* Power Brake Unit includes OBV-L*5E power brake and HXQ accumulator, which is special design for ***0T forklift. When engine is on, it can brake forklift and recharge the accumulator by foot operation. When engine is off, it can brake forklift driven by the accumulator. The brake valve was controlled by foot, the force of foot is linearly proportional with output power of brake valve, which is easily sensed the force should be.
 
HXQ accumulator has alarming device, if pressure is lower than needed, the alarming will send signal to ask for recharge. Supportive safety valve E*5E******1 assure the oil doesn’t completely return to tank when discharge which can make brake once again quicker and safer. OBV-L*5E power brake and HXQ accumulator combination reliably carry out the function of brake in situation of run, stop and emergency stop. 
 

Feature 

• Share the pressure oil with steering system to brake and recharge the accumulator. When engine is off, brake is driven by the accumulator.
• Overload discharge: accumulator has a integrated relief valve to discharge when needed.
• Alarming when under pressure: accumulator has a integrated alarming, if pressure under the set value, it send out the signal to ask for recharge.
• Multifunction: the combination of power brake valve and accumulator can work well in situation of run, stop and emergency stop.
