Introduction Jayna Engineering Works was incorporated in the year ***4 with a vision to be a world leader in its field. From a humble beginning by manufacturing of Piston Pins for all application, in year ***5 the company graduated to the field of 2/3 wheeler components and today is a world class player with presence in domestic as well as overseas market. An extension to our heritage, in year ***2, we started manufacturing Geared Hydraulic pumps for Heavy Earth Moving Machine's. Since then we have earned goodwill and reputation for quality and service. 'JAYNA-TERIOT' is established as brand in the market which is ever expanding in the thrust for growth in the infrastructure segment. Determination, flexibility and commitments form the pillars of success, meeting customized requirements is of paramount importance. Quality Control A close check is kept at every stage of manufacturing. From incoming of raw material to dispatch of pumps special emphasis is laid on inspection at every stage to maintain precision and quality. Each and every component used in assembly of pump is subjected to rigorous quality and performance tests. Specially designed Test Bench for pumps, to check them on idle and variable throttle pressure positions is used to determine their efficiency rate. The research activity is carried on CAD/CAM systems. Reverse engineering method is followed to verify the pump design.
