HYDRAULIC WIRELINE OIL SAVERS

Model HYQ Hydraulic Wireline Oil Savers is a blowout prevention tool that applied to the cable-blasting in the oil well or mine and underground test in the high pressure oil/gas well. It is simple and light, easy for manual assembling and removing, as well as carry. With reliable sealing performance and high security, it is absolutely an ideal blowout prevention device.

It is composed by manual hydraulic oil pump, Hydraulic Wireline Oil Savers and hydraulic rubber pipe. When operation, inject the high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder of the Hydraulic Wireline Oil Savers by manual hydraulic oil pump, let the interior sealing rubber block be compressed, then make the cable and the polished rod are sealed, ensure the working face around the wellhead be not polluted.

When the operate piece goes up and down, the manual hydraulic oil pump is reliefing the pressure, and restore the sealing rubber block. The operate piece could move freely.

There are two models of the Hydraulic Wireline Oil Savers, one is HYQ.1A (with one sealing rubber block), the other one is HYQ.1( with two sealing rubber blocks, plant 1"NPT oil drainage port between the two rubber blocks, drain the oil between the rubber blocks out.)

This Hydraulic Wireline Oil Savers complete with diversified pipe joint, adapt to those pipelines with multiple pipe joint. The hydraulic rubber pipe is  **0 in  long, and the length can be customized according to the customers’ requirement. And it could be operated by Remote Control, improves the security much.
