Diethylene Triamine Penta(Methylene Phosphonic Acid) DTPMP 1 Performance DTPMP is new type of organic phosphorus water treatment agent developed in recent years. Its main effects are to inhibit scales and certain corrosion inhibition as well. It has good compatibility with water, and has good scale inhibition against calcium sulphate and calcium carbonate. Especially under high alkalinity, it has good scale inhibition against calcium carbonate. 2 Usage DTPMP is widely used for scale and corrosion inhibitions in circulating water treatment in fields of power plant, chemical industry and fertilizer plant. It is specially used in circulating water with high hardness, high alkalinity and high pH value. When built with HPMA by ratio ETDMP: HPMA=1:3, it can be used for low pressure boiler. It can also be built with BTA, PAAS and zinc salt. 5 Packing and storage Pack in *5kg net polyethylene (PE) plastic drum, or in **0kg net iron bucket with polyethylene (PE) inner-lining. Avoid insolation during transportation. Be stored for ten months in room dry and ventilated place
