Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose is a non-ionic cellulose ether made from natural high polymer cellulose. It is an odourless, tasteless and non-toxic white powder, which can be dissolved in hot or cold water to form a transparent viscous solution.
It isused as water-retention agent, thickener, binderandfiller stabilizerin construction materials and dispersant, emulsifier and plasticizer in coating materials.
