Feature:

—HDI***0 automatic high-speed IC card implanting machine is controlled by PC and servo motor.

—Conveying belt system is driven by the clutch-brake motor; Cards are sent automatically by conveyor and have high accuracy of positioning.

—Equipped with loading and unloading vacuum device.

—The direction of milled and the un-milled card fed will be automatically inspected.

—The pneumatic clip with the function of automatically adjust the card position will put the card on the desired place.

—Equipped with the chip tape modular and the chip conveying device.

—The optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before
implanting.

 —IC card will be automatically positioned well when fed to ensure the high accuracy.

 —Implanted card is up to ISO***6 standard and equipped with the device for test the accuracy of the implanted chip.

 —Test the modular ATR before collecting cards.
