IPX**2 Drip Box (Frame Type)
Introduction:
IPX**2 Drip Box is designed according to IEC****9 clause *4.2.1 and *4.2.2. It is applied to simulate the conditions of vertically dripping and dripping with *5 degrees tilted, and then to check if the products ( electronics, luminaire, electric components, auto parts and etc.) can meet the requirements. The equipment can be customized according to size of test specimen .

Features:
1. For IPX1 and IPX2 testing
2. Adopts column structure, which can be fixed on floor and runs stability. Easy to pack and install.
3. The shell and turntable are made by SUS**4 stainless steel, to ensure the rustless for long time use.
4. Equip with flowmeter, can accurately manual adjust the flowmeter.
5. The cone-sharp nozzles are made by brass, and easy to change. The stainless steel protective cover under the nozzles can protect user from any hurts.

IPX**4 Oscillating Tube (IPX4 splashproof test equipment, IPX3 sprayproof test equipment)

Introduction:

Oscillating tube is designed according to IEC****9 figure4, clause *4.2.3 and *4.2.4, it is applied to verify protection against spraying (IPX3) and splashing water (IPX4), and widely used in the industries of electronics, luminaire, electric components, auto parts and etc..

The IPX3 and IPX4 waterproof test equipment is consisted by oscillating tubes (R**0 to R***0), turntable,water tank, control units (touch screen+PLC), flowmeter and etc.. The oscillating tube is made of SUS**4 stainless steel. For IPX3 test, the oscillating tube has spray holes over an arc of *0⁰ either side of the centre point (the other holes are blocked), the total flow rate is adjusted as standard requirement, the enclosure to be tested is placed at the center point of the semicircle, the tube is caused to oscillate through an angle of **0⁰, *0⁰ on either side of the vertical, the time for one complete oscillation (2***0⁰) being about 4s and test duration being 5min. For IPX4 test, the oscillating tube has spray holes over the whole **0 of the semicircle, the total flow rate is adjusted according to the standard requirement, and measured with a flowmeter. The tube is caused to oscillate through an angle of almost **0⁰, **0⁰ on either side of the vertical, and time for one complete oscillation (2***0⁰) being about *2s. The duration of the test is *0min.
