VideoTesT – Sperm software enables to count spermatozoa number in test material, to assess spermatozoa motility and morphological factors. Parameters analysis is performed in accordance with WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations. The software is destined to equip workplaces of specialists dealing with sperm analysis – andrologists, embryologists and researchers in the fields of male contraception and reproductive toxicology. Using computer aided sperm analysis (CASA) has a number of advantages in comparison with visual evaluation. They are both high measurements accuracy and obtaining reliable reproducible results, evaluating additional motility factors such as track speed (velocity of spermatozoa motion along individual tracks), progressive velocity, linearity as well as morphological factors evaluation. Main software features: - Determining spermatozoa concentration (in M/ml – millions per milliliter); - Measuring spermatozoa movement parameters and classifying spermatozoa into motility classes in accordance with WHO recommendations; - Automatic dividing spermatozoa into norm and pathology classes by head parameters according to Kruger strict criteria and calculating their percentage; - Built-in customizable classifier.
