Impact crusher is the crushing machinery applying impact principle for crushing brittle ores. Compared with tightly-pressed principle crushers like Jaw, Rotary, Cone, Roller Type, its crushing ratio is bigger, so it simplifies the production system and saves the construction investment. The products, formed a cubic shape under this impact principle, are suitable as concrete aggregate for highway use. As the wear of metal is fast under impact work in highway, common impact crusher can't be applicable for crushing ores such as silty sandstone, sandstone, granite and basalt. But this machine is the heavy crusher specially designed for crushing materials with high hardness and resistance to wear.

If the silt content is high, the crusher internal chamber is easy to be jammed by silty material during rainy seasons. Under this working condition, the crusher can only work effectively when fine material and earth are screened by prescreening process.

This crusher consists mainly of rotor, housing, first impact plate, second impact plate, evenness plate and driving part. Rotor working circle, first impact plate, second impact plate, evenness plate and two-side liner plates comprise the crushing chamber. The size of product is controlled by the gap between each lower limb of impact plate, tooth plate of evenness plate and rotor working circle.

With strong and reliable structure, this machine can crush hard rock with compressive strength under **0MPa.

This machine needs a feeder to feed the material evenly at full width, and this feeder must have speed adjustable function. When the crusher is in lower load, increase the feeding speed through system feedback. When the crusher is in higher load, reduce the feeding speed. Such can effectively develop the efficiency of crusher, and also prevent the overload of crusher.
