impregnated activated carbon

The Activated Carbon,  pellet size 4 mm ,Impregnated with Potassium Iodine 2% and Sodium Hydroxide 3%, Base activated carbon: CTC:*0% min. The activated carbon is capable of absorbing all types of harmful and corrosive gases. Depending on the conditions, extremely large amounts of hydrogen sulphide, sulphur oxide and other acidic gases can be adsorbed into the carbon. The impregnating agent acts as a catalyst, converting hydrogen sulphide and sulphur oxide compounds as well as other acidic gases into non-volatile, inorganic compounds. This eliminates the possibility of desorption.

ammonia and alkaline gases. It provides a reliable and effective means to eliminate various alkaline gases from the air flow. It is capable of absorbing alkaline gases,  particularly ammonia and amines. These alkaline gases form non-volatile compounds with the

impregnating agent.
