2．Brief introduction of the heating equipment

(1)Main Purpose：

XHJ Series heating machine mainly used for heating the bottom side of the stainless steel products, such as the cookware and plates. The process shows as making the cookware and plates bottom-up, and put them on the heating part of the machine after putting well the aluminum sheet, stainless steel or the stainless iron. Then the friction press makes the pressure welding (provided by users) when it reaches the needed temperature. It is the metal hotshake-out technical process, which means that the combination between molecules after getting heated. So the connection is solid and efficient, and it wont be disconnected even re-heated. Thats why the products are meeting with great favor of the consumers and exporting to America and the European countries.

XHJ Series CD-type heating machine is the latest capsule-bottom heating machine which has the independent power supply and the heating work-station.

3. Simple introduction of the Heating Machine

4. Working condition of the heating equipment

(1) Requirement for the electric power grid:

Electric power should be Three-Phase Four-Wire,**0V±5%, *0HZ. Incoming line should be copper-core power cable; and the cross section of the cable conductor should be no less than *5mm²×number of station, or appropriately larger if the length of the cable is a little longer.

(2)Requirement for the ground connection:

Heating equipment should have its own independent ground connection. Grounding resistance should not be over 4Ω. The ground wire is better connected to the heating equipment by welding.
