Industrial Bag Type Dust Collector

Application 

1. Construction&Cement Industry: such as dryer, shaft kiln, rotary kiln, ceramic baking and ore reduction

2.Steel industry: such as sintering,coking,cupola,open hearth,converter,electric arc furnace and so on

3.  Power Plant & thermal power plant

4.  Other industries: such as industrial boiler, power station boiler and other industrial of management of lampblack in normal temperature. 

It is mainly used for purifying the dusty gas and recycling materials, 



Main Features:

1. High efficiency≥*9.5%

2. Low emission concentration ≤*0um, but also ≤*0um is possible after filtering according to practical situation

3. Low leakage rate

4. Material—carbon steel or stainless steel.

5. Block building structure, can be constructed to handle the required airflow.

6. Suitable bags and bag cages fitted according to dust properties.

7. The overhaul and bag replacement can be carried out for separate chamber sunder the condition that system blower and system run normally.

The whole set of equipment is controlled by PLC to realize automatic dust cleaning, dust removal, automatic temperature control and over temperature alarm
