一．Tunnel washer
The main technical characteristics of tunnel washer machine:
 
1.PLC control system, industrial grade touch screen, can be connected with internet, can realize remote trouble shoot, remote software program update; Each module can be operated independently to avoid production stop when one module has fault.
2.Bottom transmission way reduce linen transmission congestion and damage.
3.Heavy duty structure design, inner compartments, outer compartment material is thicker and stronger than other European brands; The base frame adopt H steel structure.
4.The inner compartments will be processed by fine machining after welding by professional lathe machine. The whole main compartments beat tolerant controlled within 3mm to assure the safety sealing and lower noisy during running.
5.All electrical, pneumatic components, seal, electronic components adopt Germany and Japan brands.
