YWZ3B Series Explosion-proof Industrial Electro Hydraulic Drum Brake 

 Application and main design features ;

1.YWZ3B series industrial electro hydraulic brakes are widely used in hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports, and civil construction as brake gears of various machines.

2.The connection dimension and brake torque meet the requirement of GB******6. Technical conditions meet JB***6.*****2.

3.YWZ5 series industrial electro hydraulic brakes are safe and reliable performances, smoothbrake, high frequency fo action, the brake torque is adjustable.

4.Main waging hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearing which give high efficincy of transmission and long service life and need to lubrication during application.

5.The installation of asbestos free brake lining and brake shoes adopte insertion method which is safe and reliable and is simple and quick for repalcement.

6.No need to adjust the interloking equal clearance device which will always keep the clear ance equal at both sides of the brake shoes during application. The phenomena of brake linings sticking to the drum at one side due to the uneven clearance can be avoided.

Operating Conditions:

1.Electro hydraulic drum brake workes temperature: **0 °C - *0°C.

2.Working environment of electro hydraulic drum brake must be free of combustible, explosive and corrosive gas.

3.The air relative humidity of industrial brake is not more than *0%

4.Sea level altitude for application accords with GB*******0 standard.

5.Mainly used for the power with 3phase ,*0HZ, **0V (we can provide the products according to the customers requirements which suit for *0HZ or different voltage, so please inform us before you order if there is a special request).

Main features:

1.Main swinging articulation is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing ,the transmission efficiency is high, in use without lubrication.

2.Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.

3.Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.

4.The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
