IGBT power module is a power module composed of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). IGBT power module is a semiconductor power module that integrates IGBT and driver circuits. It can convert low-voltage power supply into high-voltage power supply and control the magnitude and direction of current. IGBT power modules can be used in applications such as power converters, UPS power supplies, frequency converters, inverters, etc
