The band is made of abrasive-resistant (AR) materials, capable of withstanding heavy loads and is glue-free. To enhance carpet slipping, prolong its life term, and to reduce the friction force between the working surface of skis or snowboard and the nap surface, we recommend applying special concentrate (no color, odor, is chemically inert). No more manual moistening, everything is done automatically.

For commercial use, we recommend at least two simulators. Simulators` quantity should be selected based on the anticipated flow of clients.

Vertical series, however, are equipped with lift drives on electric cylinders, allowing to change band tilt angle in the dynamic mode. The range of tilt angles is set for every simulator during the engineering process.

 PRO2V model of the Vertical series allows two people to ski at the same time and will perfectly fit for those, who want to improve their riding on the alpine skis. Safety of the skier is secured by the safety system of PRO2V ski simulator PROLESKI band emergency shutdown system, safety railing on the simulator perimeter, protective mat at the upper part and motionless side areas.

During the manufacture of the PROLESKI simulators, we implement the most advanced technologies and work with only high-quality materials from the leading suppliers: SKF, ABB, Lenze etc.

Endless band of the ski simulator is covered with the special pile for improving sliding parameters. This covering has high abrasion resistance and has proof strength for ***0 hours of continuous operating time. If required, the covering can be moisturized with the special concentrate by automatic overspray system.

Fixed control panel for monitoring PRO2V simulator operation is included into the PROLESKI endless slope kit.
