Inline geared PMDC Motor , can be offered in any RPM.

Gearbox consists of hardend gears, Hobbed helically for silent operation. 

Motor Body is made out of Low carbon steel, End shields out of aluminum alloy.

These are protected against corrosion by pretreatment and finally Electroplated.

Hard Ferrite Magnets with high coervice force are used to get high starting torque at nominal voltage. 

Armature is dynamically balanced,  Long Life Carbon brushes of Copper Graphite content is used.  Motor can be offered with Magnetic, optical, or Infrared Encoder. 

Extended Carbon Brushes are used for Longer Life of the motor. Motors are of S1 Duty cycle.

Motor can be offered for Battery Operated Applications also.  Two models of Gear box are offered according to the torque requirement.  Motor can also be offered with RPM Indicator. 

Motors are used in Conveyor, pharma machineries, Scrolling Banners, Printing machine, packaging machines etc.
