Our province is rich in bauxite and limestone - raw materials for producing PAC, around our city, more than *0 factories have already been found, their output about ***0MT per month used to and supply other province. As is known to all that our province is leading the filed of PAC in research and producing in China. Before *5 years ago, most of the factories in China used Type*1 and Type*2 to treat . Later, our high alumina factory of Henan Xinmi North Fire-Resistant Industry Co. Ltd researched and produced Calcium Aluminium Powder (put bauxite and limestone in to rotary kiln or down draft kiln, then calcination and grinding) of the raw material to produce PAC. So the PAC factories in our Province first use the low cost raw material
of Calcium Aluminium Powder partial or complete instead of Alumina Hydroxide powder to produce Type*3, 4 and Type*5 (The dry way for Type*3 is mist-spray drying, so its price high than Type*4 and Type*5 of the try by ). Owe to the price for Type*5 low and the efficiency same, so since ***5, without any treatment factories in China to use the range of Type*1,2,3, and Type*4 to treat .
The color for Type*5 become to dark yellow color. For Type*4, if add more Alumina Hydroxide powder into reaction solution (more than **0 kg per solid MT) or adjust the pH down during
reaction, the color will be near yellow color or yellow color.

Properties

The water treatment cost is lower than that of other inorganic coagulants.It can lead to quick formation of flock with

big size and rapid precipitation.It has wide-range adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and a good solubility.

The dissolved liquid of PAC is slightly corrosive and suitable for the automatic dosing and convenient for operation.

Application & Notes

Before dosing the solid product shall be diluted to ***0% Al2O3 liquid.

The dosage of the liquid product is ****0ppm depending on the raw water quality. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation test and site trial.

The product can not be stored with other chemicals.

The solid product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in polypropylene woven bags, with each bag containing

*5 Kg.

The shelf life is 6 months for diluted liquid product and *2 months for the solid product. The product should be stored

in a dry and ventilated place, but the effect will not be affected even if it gets wet.
