Detailed description

CX-Butyl Sealant is made of single component,of which the main material is polyisobutene imported from Japan.Butyl rubber insulating glass,which is non-solvent and non-vulcanized,is the first-step sealant of insulating glass.The ductility and airproof should be kept within the wide range.The sealant surface is non-crackable,non-hardened.It also adhesivestrongly to glass and aluminum alloy.

Performance

1.Appearance: homogeneous black putty.
2. Odor: odorless.
3. Denseness: forever ductility.
4. Density: 1.10g/cm3 or less.
5. SuitableTemperature: -40°C+80°C, keep the surface and edges and corners non-cracking,non-    drooped.
6. Extruding temperature: 130°C or so.
7. Viscosity of strength:2.5 × 10-3mPa or more (Hard Aluminum / Hard Aluminum.)
8. Water Vapor Penetration Rate:10g / m³ or less.
9. Ultraviolet Radiation Resistance: Qualified

Mainly used for first-step sealing of insulating glass and glass curtain wall,fridge and ice tank etc.

Requirements:
CX-101 series of hot melt butyl sealant only can be used with special butyl rubber coating equipment .The temperature range is between 110-140 °C
