Integral Drill Steel is used by a hand held drill machine in Underground mining and for small hole drilling, equipped with small power rock drills, like air leg rock drills, hand held rock drills, etc. It can reduces the expense of impact energy, improves the drilling speed and efficiency, also it can be used for drilling bore hole diameter from *5mm to *3mm usually. Regarding Integral drill steels，the quality of a steel material and a tungsten carbide is very important to get good drilling performance.
According to different application, different lengths are available from **0mm to ***0mm usually.
Taper drill rod is used for rock drilling, blasting holes and other drilling works in the quarries, coal mines, traffic and other contractions. It works with taper drill bits and has different length for various applications, our taper drill rods come in a variety of taper angles, generally, the light duty rock drill usually use 7 taper or smaller taper angle, the heavy duty rock drill mainly use *1、*2 taper angle. And the basic theory is that taper drill rods and taper drill bits must be in the same tapered degree. We provide tapered rods in a full range of shank configurations and steel hex diameters for hand-held pneumatic drilling needs.
Extension rods are made by hollow drill steels; there are two shapes of extension rods, round type and hexagonal type. This hollow hole are usually named flushing hole, used for transmitting water or air during drilling，And the threads can be used for connecting couplings, shanks, couplings or bits.
Usually for extension rods, there are R*2, R*5, R*8, R*2, R*8, T*8, T*5 , T*1, ST*8, T*0 threads, and different lengths of rods are available from **0mm to ***0mm usually.
