HongTu-GV air jet for interlacing textured yarns

HongTu-GV air jet can be fitted to all known false twist texturing, winding or air covering machines.

HongTu-GV air jet system is built on a modular basis. The most suitable jet insert can be selected for the application on request. Jet inserts are exchangeable without screw fittings. HongTu-GV air jet series including following types:

1. Standard type: GV*1, GV*2, GV*3 and GV*4
Jet inserts made from special material with high abrasive resistance and strength. High performance interlacing at low operating air pressure without yarn damage. Suitable for yarns with low density of interlacing points. Very short interlacing points reduce their visibility in the weave. Also suitable for micro-filament yarns.

2. High efficiency type: GV*2, GV*3, GV*4 and GV*5
Jet inserts with vortex chamber made from special material with high abrasive resistance and strength. High stability of interlacing points with somewhat lower interlacing density. Suitable for stable interlaced yarn processing. Yarn suitable for high quality fault free warp yarns or air covering yarns at high efficiency.

3. High speed type: GV*1, GV*2, GV*3 and GV*4
Jet inserts made from special material with high abrasive resistance and strength. High density and stability of interlacing points at high texturing process speed. Yarn suitable for weft yarns with high density and stability of interlacing points.

Close Type Interlacing Air Jet
Widely used for various cone winding machine, high or low speed DTY machine, local made air covering machine. Suitable for processing polyester heavy interlaced yarn with denier range of *****0d as well as local made Spandex air covered yarn. Products with high interlacing stability, high interlacing evenness, low air consumption favorable price and economic operation.
