-PRICE:**5$ FOB including 2$/mt for seller's side (closed) + 2$/mt for buyer's side.
This quotation is valid for *0 calendar days After this offer.
-PAYMENT METHOD :Irrevocable, confirmed, non transferable, non operative and auto-revolving DLC/MT**0 with the amount of one month quantity value.
-PACKING: Shipment in bulk .
-FIRST SHIPMENT :Within ****5 days After receiving and acceptance of DLC.
-INSPECTION :Quality, Quantity and weight by SGS Certificate  or equivalent at Port of loading

Note: Direct connection between buyer and seller will be only after BCL.

PROCEDURE *1:
*- ICPO ( with full banking details + Passport copy + registration certificate) and BCL
*- Seller issues FCO + past performance
*- Buyer countersigns FCO
*- Seller signs NCNDA/IMFPA and issues contract with contract code
*- Buyer then seller sign contract
*- buyer issues RWA/MT**5
*- Seller issues video (min.2mn) with current date and buyer's name/code
*- buyer issues Irrevocable, confirmed, non transferable, non operative and autorevolving DLC MT**0 with the amount of one month quantity value.
*- seller bank issues to buyer bank full POP + PB2% to activate DLC
*- loading starts and Seller allows buyer or his representative to make physical visit and inspection at loading.
**- payement via MT**3 After SGS and full shipping documents at loading port.
**- seller pays commission.
