Generally speaking, the power distribution of the turbine agitator is beneficial to the turbulent pulsation, while the propeller agitator is beneficial to the overall flow. For the same type of agitator, under the condition of the same power consumption, the power of the agitator with large diameter and low speed is mainly consumed in the overall flow, which is conducive to macro mixing. The agitator with small diameter and high speed, whose power is mainly consumed by turbulent fluctuation, is conducive to micro mixing. The scale-up of agitators is a complex problem related to the technological process. Up to now, it can only be scaled up step by step and extrapolated to the industrial scale according to the obtained scaling up criteria.

This model is designed and manufactured with motor, belt pulley, cycloid needle wheel or helical gear reducer as power, with simple, compact and beautiful structure. The machine can be directly used in atmospheric mixing operation, and can also be equipped with a rack for pressure vessel mixing where mechanical seal is required.



Agitator impellers in different forms such as FY, Cl, ZHX, FY, MK, YK and TXL are configured according to different mixing purposes. The materials can be divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, rubber lining and engineering plastics. They are mainly used for low viscosity liquid mixing, dissolution, solid suspension, heat transfer, reaction, decomposition, crushing and dosing and mixing in environmental protection industries.
