Price:                     - for first trial shipment - Platts FOB Rotterdam, discounts: gross $9, net $6 per BBL;

                            - for the Contract - Platts FOB Rotterdam, discounts: gross $12, net $9 per BBL             

Соммission:            The buyer pays $3 ($1 to the buyers agent, $2 to the sellers agent)

Payment:               - for first trial shipment and commission via SWIFT MT**3 or TT;

                            - for the Contract - in accordance with the Contract; 

Inspection:               SGS

Procedure:

1. The buyer issues ICPO with Soft Probe containing the seller's working procedure with the buyer's banking details, BCL, Company Profile, a copy of the buyer's Passport, TSA and ATV. 2. The seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available quantity A1 in the storage tank in Rotterdam + Statement of Product available, to be countersigned by the buyer & storage tank and returned back to the seller.

3. The seller sends the CI and the final approved to the buyer by office e-mail along with the Partial POP which includes:a. Fresh SGS not older than *2 hours;

b. Certificate of Origin;

c. Tank storage receipt (TSR) with GPS coordinates;

d. Injection Report;

e. Dip test authorization letter (DTA);

f. Authorization to Sell;

g. Product Passport;

h. Authorization to verify the product in the seller's tank (ATV);

i. NCNDA & IMFPA 

4. The buyer inspects by SGS on the buyers expenses.

5. Upon a successful Dip test in the sellers tanks, the product will immediately be injected into the buyer's tanks. The buyer makes full payment for the product via MT**3/TT.

6. The buyer pays commission to intermediaries in accordance with the NCNDA & IMFPA.                          7. Upon agreement, the seller sends the final approved Contract to the buyer by e-mail
