Main technical characteristics of new energy-saving environmental-friendly intelligent composite firing automatic quick lime kiln

1. This automatic quick lime kiln is a single shell lime kiln  with simple structure. Compared to other type of kilns, this kiln is simpler and more convenient for masonry.

2. Special mixing system is adopted to make stone mix with fuel evenly, which is beneficial to the uniform calcination of lime.

3. Rotary distributing device is used for material distributing. As the stone is distributed very evenly, the resistance of each spot at the kiln cross section is the same, thus stable calcination is achieved.

4. Air system uses draught fan and patented technology "computer probabilistic simulation wind cap" to supply air which realized the pressure equalization, amount equalization of blast volume in the furnace, enabled the burning to be more sufficient and even. This has efficiently solved the phenomenon of "underfiring, over burning", and achieved an energy-saving purpose. Lime product has stable quality and high activity degree, can fully meet the operating requirements of calcium carbide, steelmaking, sintering, etc.

5.Ash discharging system selects a disc type ash discharger combined with two-stage seal valve, and achieved an ideal air-locking performance.

6. Material feeding, dosing, air supply, gas supply and ash discharge are all finished through computer automatic control. Simple equipment, large operation elasticity, small occupation of land, and lower investment compared than other type of kiln.

Structural features of automatic quick lime kiln body

1.The automatic quick lime kiln body is vertical in shape.

The outermost layer of kiln body is steel structure kiln shell, bricked with thermal insulation materials inside. Many thermocouples are separately installed on the kiln body at different heights to measure the temperature in different areas of the kiln for timely adjustment. Kiln bottom devices are installed in the kiln bottom, including the patent technology "computer probabilistic simulation wind cap" to ensure an even supply of combustion-supporting air in the cross section of the kiln, and also an ash discharger to guarantee the even discharging of finished lime product.

2. PLC control system is equipped for furnace operation.

In calcining area, the heat produced by the coke and anthracite of the preheated mixture and the kiln bottom blasted secondary air which has been used to preheat the cold lime has made the temperature to reach up to **0 ~ ***0°C, thus to complete lime calcination.

Due to the add of auxiliary combustion-supporting duct, the temperature at each point is uniform, which ensures the even temperature of the kiln body.
