Product Composition
One-component product is the uniform gray powder and contains cement, high-purity quartz sand, composite fiber, imported  redispersible polymer and special additives
Application
This product is used for the bonding between insulation board and wall and suitable for bonding EPS board, XPS board, PU board, and other related panels; applicable substrates: Concrete and masonry walls, cement mortar walls, aerated concrete block walls, cement fiberboard, etc.
Use Instruction
1．Reference Ratio
Pour the dry powder into the container with clean water at the ratio of binding mortar to running water for 1: (0.2 ~ 0.*5) in batches and mix them uniformly; 5 minutes later, the mixture can be used and should be used up within 2 hours.
2. The construction should be done in the environmental temperature within the range of 5 ~ *5℃ ±3℃; if the temperature is higher than *5℃ and there is direct sunlight, then the shading and cooling measures should be taken in order to guarantee the quality of heat preservation system.
3. When bonding the insulation board, please use a bricklayer's spatula to apply the adhesive cement on the insulation board in batches and paste the board on the wall in time to prevent the adhesive cement surface from skinning, which shall affect the bond strength.
4. Construction technology: Refer to the guide of related system, and the installation of the anchor bolt should be done *4 hours after bonding if necessary.
Reference Dosage
The reference dosage of base surface shall conform to the national acceptance inspection standard*5~7kg/m2. The actual dosage shall depend on the situation of base surface.

Pay much attention to the rain, moisture and sunshine;
