1.Injection system:
The measuring mechanism utilizes potentiometer detection and coordinates with the operation of PLC to control material quantity precisely .The two injector move by applying worm gear decelerator conjoins brake motor to drive and the high speed movement is controlled by inverter ,the position can be sended by ultra-sonic wave linear displacement transducer accurently.

2.Mold clamping system
The two-step speed mould opening/closing mechanism with device of fully mould closing .The large mould plate design can appy to various style of mouds flexibly with high accommodation .

3.PC controlling system
Utilized industrial workstation computer in widows control system picture type of operation with touch screen to monitor the screw turning soeed ,injectin volume time ,injection temperature ,mold temperature ,movement time and productivity on line ,easy to operate .

4.Hydraulic system
Adopted proportion valve to coordinate the computer system ,allowing preciouse control of the pressure and flow rate .

5.No need water circulation for mould station ,using efficient heat insulation material
