Two Hub Modes :
The Hub can be configured in to one of two modes :
Always On – The Hub constantly listens to the radio receiver for
alarm events from the associated sensors. On receiving an alarm
event, the Hub can be set to immediately establish a GPRS
connection to the Internet
Wake Up and Listen – In this mode, the system will run in low power
mode for a configured period, then wake up and listen to the
associated sensors for a period of time, then send back the
gathered data. As only the low power microprocessor is running
during the sleep period, power consumption and hence battery life
is optimised.
Web Based Data Available *4/7 :
Clear display of sensor information showing current and historic
status.
Ability to set alarm levels through the web site allows
Data Received can be displayed on the JigsawM2M web site allowing
access by as many users as required.
Only Standard Web Browser Required – No System Specific software to
install or maintain.
Data may be exported directly from the web site for off line
analysis.
Third Party System Managers who are given access can directly view
Hub and sensor information without having to request it from system
owner.
No Daily Polling of Hubs to manage – minimum daily support.
Data Received through the IP receiver can be automatically
formatted and forwarded to owners current systems
