JK  Working principle

Fix one end of the steel rope ,wind in the winding drum,while the other end is connected with the hoisting conveyance through the head sheave in the well shelf. After turning on the motor, the motor rotor transfer the power through flexible coupling to the high speed end of the reducer. The power is transmitted to the lower speed end after reducing speed of the reducer inner gear and then to the main gear equipment through gear machine so that the main axle equipment can run in  the help of the motor. If change the direction of the motor constantly, it can realise the steel rope winding and loose and make the hoisting conveyance do period motion in the shaft at the same time.

Technical Features

1. Use integral drum with flexible structure, underground drum uses 2 petallike,4 petallike and 8 petallike steel cast drum.
2. Use cylinde rear-mounted disc brakes,electric-hydraulic joint control.
3. The principle axis spindle and the drum plane friction connection.
4. Use rope-adjusting cluth with radial toothe block, adjusting rope quickly and accurately.
5. The electrical control can use PLC electric control or variable frequency electric control, and mine hoist can be equipped with networking control and remote dianostic system.
6. New depth indicator uses cone-shaped gears,which has the advantage of smooth transmission, accurate and easy maintentance.
