   The machine has the function of over-loaded, over-heating and security protection.

3. The hydraulic system

   Low noise. Changing of the direction is soft. No leakage and long life. 

4. The accumulator head.

   Material which comes in first will come out first. High cleanness and mirror-liked passage. The changing of the color is fast. So the purpose of material, energy and time saving is reached.

   *8CrMoAlA *2 hours nitrided. Anti-rub and anti-corrosion.

   The line in the combing part of the parison is eliminated, making sure the hardness of the products.

5. The thickness control.

   MOOG brand is used. **0 points control. The accurate control makes sure the high quality of the products.

6. The moulds' closing system.

Draw bars, big oil cylinder driving moulds closeness. Synchronous mechanical equipment is applied. The orientation of the track is accurate.

7. The pneumatic components and parts are AIRTAC brand.

8. The fetching out of the products is automatic. The mechanical hand is equipped.

9. The height of the die head can be changed. The length of the parison can also be changed. So the purpose of saving material is reached.
