Product Description



    We adopt the Italian technicque and design it for the filling volume of ***0L especially ourseves.It is full automatically ,high efficiency and easy operation by one person.The whole machine is made of the high quality of **4L/**6L,the pipe arrangement is quite reasonable without dead corner.The circulated steam and compressed air will be discharged from the corresponding pipes.

   It is assembled by the aseptic filling system ,flow measurement system roller conveying system,PLC controlling system and operation platform etc.The filling bag is the aluminum -plastic aseptic bas (***0L).



   Function :



      It only takes 4 seconds to finish the filling and packing after the aseptic bag be sterilizer.The double heads work in turn to ensure zero-backflow of the material(the 1st filling head is filling and the 2nd head is packing ,the next step is to do the sterilizer for the opening of the aseptic bags .After the 1st head finishing the filling the aseptic valves will change the 2nd head to do the filling)
