KAIBIAO , the shape of Ivclar, one of the 7 series of HUGE high wear resistance acrylic teeth, is made of an ultra high molecular weight copolymer with compact and interpenetrating network structure. The moulds design comes from the shapes of teeth of European. We adopt a unique technology to wrap the whole core of acrylic teeth in enamel layer to produce KAIBIAO. Thanks to this unique structure and technology, there is little space for water absorption in teeth interior and the tooth surface shows a translucent opalescence effect. Hence KAIBIAO have outstanding characteristics as follows&#****6; 1.Excellent Performance&#****6; &#***2;Double cross link material&#****6;outstanding wear resistance, anticracking, anti-stain and lower water absorption. &#***2;Multi-layers: Five layers in anterior and two layers in posterior. &#***2;Multi-moulds: *0 moulds for anterior and *2 moulds for posterior. &#***2;Posterior occlusal forms: *3°, *8°,*0°, *0° designs. &#***2;Popular shades: Base VITA *6, from A1 to D4. 2.Patent Teeth Adhesive Board&#****6; Environmental protection and no wax.
