Ladies and gentlemen, you are holding a scarf which is called Kazan The Precious. Kazan is the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, the third capital of the Russian Federation, one of the biggest religious, economic, educational and cultural centers of Russia. It is one of the most popular and most beautiful touristic places. In the center of the composition there is the majestic ensemble of the legendary Kazan Kremlin, which includes the Kul-Sharif Mosque, the Cathedral of the Annunciation and the Syuyumbike Tower. The panorama is enclosed into a golden frame with a Tatar national pattern, in the corners of which we see the images of the beloved Tsarina of Kazan Tatars - Syuyumbike - and a collective image of a Kazan Khan - a symbol of valour, courage and spirit. The winged leopard as the God of fertility and the patron of children, whose image is on the national emblem of the Republic of Tatarstan, fits perfectly into the overall composition.
