 KCP Taper grid coupling is shaft to shaft couplings which is made of compact size, can handle torque capacity due to their high strength hardened alloy steel construction. Taper grids are designed with a trapezodial cross section and are tempered for spring hardness.   Through a high-precision operation called shot-peening, the surface molecules are compressesd by high-velocity steel micro beads. It provides reserve strength for longer lifespan. Protection against shaft mis-alignment and shock & vibratory load.
