In order to meet our customers' expectations we have designed a special yoghurt ice cream machine, which complies with all HACCP requirements, is efficient, modern and simple to operate. Yoghurt ice cream, as one may conclude from its name, is made on the basis of yoghurt. This kind of ice cream has become topical lately, but is it new in fact? Probably not, because the practice of freezing yoghurt is mostly as old as fridges (while yoghurt itself is much older). The yoghurt ice cream is characterized by unique and distinctive aftertaste (the flavour combination does not matter). The current fashion for the yoghurt ice cream created the need for machines for producing this goody of ideal consistency, which make it possible to sell it the same way as Italian or American ice cream.
